Scope of my Feng Shui advice

• Usually 2 appointments at your location (taking stock/discussing recommendations)

For projects with greater distances, an appointment is also possible

• Development of recommendations in my office or at your location

• If you wish, you can receive the recommendations in written form for an additional charge

• including a telephone call (debriefing, clarification of questions)

• For a Feng Shui consultation I charge €80.00/hour including VAT.

• If desired, a fixed price can also be agreed

• Written elaboration in the form of a folder one-time fee of €50.00 including VAT.

• I charge a flat rate of €30.00 for travel to and from the city of Cuxhaven,

In addition, I charge €0.50/km for consultations in the Cuxhaven district and no additional travel time.

If the project you are consulting on is outside the Cuxhaven district, I will be happy to provide you with travel costs upon request.

I usually need 2-3 hours for the first inventory appointment. Here I analyze your current living situation and make notes on the floor plan or take photos of the current condition. I also take measurements at various points in your house/apartment with my special compass, the LoPan.

The recommendations are developed and created at home in my office or directly at your location (duration approx. 6-8 hours).

In another appointment at your location, which experience shows will take another 2-3 hours, we will discuss the recommendations and the things that should be implemented from a Feng Shui perspective, room by room.

If the property being consulted is too far from my company headquarters, the consultation can also be carried out at your location in 1-1.5 days. If necessary, accommodation costs may be added to the above prices. The documentation can then be handed over in written form afterwards.

Your investments in a Feng Shui online consultation:

For a Feng Shui online consultation I charge €80.00 / hour including VAT.

If you would like a written summary afterwards, I will charge you a one-off fee of €50.00 including VAT.

Your investments in energetic house cleaning:

• I charge €80.00/hour for energetic home fumigation

• I charge a one-off fee of €30.00 for smoking accessories and materials such as herbs, resins and coal

• for arrival and departure I charge a flat rate of €30.00 in the city of Cuxhaven,

In addition, I charge €0.50/km for consultations in the Cuxhaven district and no additional travel time.

If the object to be smoked is outside the Cuxhaven district, I will be happy to inform you of the travel costs upon request.

A notice:

Due to my small business status in accordance with Section 19 UStG, I do not charge sales tax and therefore do not report it.

I would like to point out that my Feng Shui consultations or energetic home fumigation do not replace a visit to the doctor or alternative practitioner. I also don't make any medical diagnoses.
